Dx Chart provides a digital patient chart management platform designed for acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. Our services include digital charting, AI-powered translation, SOAP note generation, and practice management tools.

Data Ownership

Dx Chart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our platform is a tool to assist practitioners and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
